Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with GMP and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in cleanroom glove production.
- Review and update procedures to ensure product quality meets desired specifications.
- Manage daily production, including planning, quality control, shipment, and manpower allocation.
- Train, assign, and manage staff to achieve department goals.
- Enforce strict QA/QC policies to maintain product quality.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure timely glove supply and smooth production.
- Support R&D for new products and establish technical specifications.
- Schedule equipment maintenance and validate new processes and machinery.
- Monitor production progress, avoid shortages/excesses, and ensure smooth packing operations.
- Strong knowledge of cleanroom standards, GMP, and Malaysia’s regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to optimize processes and control quality in cleanroom manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial) or a related field.
