Finance Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance Manager with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial report preparation.
- Handle cash deposits from outlets and ensure accurate cash flow records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, as well as tax filing activities.
HR Resources Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates.
- Prepare onboarding documents for new employees, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Collect and organize employee records, including identification documents, tax information, and bank details, while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
- Manage the employee roster, tracking contract terms, probation periods, and training plans.
Administrative Support
- Perform general office administrative tasks such as document filing, procurement management, and coordination of communications.
- Provide support to supervisors and the team on other ad-hoc assignments as needed.
