  • Assist the Finance Manager with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial report preparation.
  • Handle cash deposits from outlets and ensure accurate cash flow records.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, as well as tax filing activities.

    HR Resources Responsibilities:

    • Support the recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates.
    • Prepare onboarding documents for new employees, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
    • Collect and organize employee records, including identification documents, tax information, and bank details, while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
    • Manage the employee roster, tracking contract terms, probation periods, and training plans.

      Administrative Support

      • Perform general office administrative tasks such as document filing, procurement management, and coordination of communications.
      • Provide support to supervisors and the team on other ad-hoc assignments as needed.
