  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to prospective clients.
  • Sales Strategy & Reporting: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Training & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales staff, helping to develop their skills and achieve team goals.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals while maintaining positive client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior sales role. Experience in construction is preferred.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Attitude: Good attitude with great soft skills & negotiation skills
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Willing to travel
