Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and quotas.
- Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to prospective clients.
- Sales Strategy & Reporting: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Training & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales staff, helping to develop their skills and achieve team goals.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals while maintaining positive client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior sales role. Experience in construction is preferred.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Attitude: Good attitude with great soft skills & negotiation skills
- Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
- Willing to travel
