Position Overview

You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their rewards efficiently a effectively. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end fulfillment process, from coordinating with the procurement team to handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. This role requires a meticulous eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Support the end-to-end rewards fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of rewards to customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and redemption centers, ensuring timely delivery and quality of rewards.
  • Track and update inventory levels, flagging low stock and supporting the Procurement team to maintain adequate supply.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to address inquiries and resolve escalations related to reward fulfillment within SLA
  • Maintain fulfillment performance data and assist in generating reports to provide operational insights.
  • Assist in identifying areas for optimization to enhance efficiency and custom satisfaction.
  • Ensure fulfillment processes align with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Work with teams such as procurement, marketing, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide support for weekly team updates, KPI tracking, and resolving blockers as needed.

Qualification

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business administration, operations, or a related fiel
  • Fluency in written and spoken Hong Kong Cantonese is a must to work with local stakeholders in Hong Kong, along with strong English communication skills.
