Role and Responsibilities
- To plan and conduct field audits on our resource-based manufacturing companies, both local and overseas sites.
- To prepare comprehensive audit programs for effective evaluation of internal control systems.
- To maintain complete working papers and other audit documentation.
- To identify internal control deficiencies and provide recommendations on corrective actions.
- To ensure timely completion of audit activities and contribute towards timely completion of audit engagements.
- To participate in projects on business process improvement.
Job Success Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Business / Finance / Management, or its equivalent.
- Preferably 2 years of demonstrable internal audit and business process improvement experience from a similar role, ideally in manufacturing environments.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of SAP-ERP will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills; able to communicate with all levels of employees.
- Good presentation and report writing skills.
- Able to write and converse in mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with Big 4 experience are encouraged to apply.
