Role and Responsibilities

To plan and conduct field audits on our resource-based manufacturing companies, both local and overseas sites.
To prepare comprehensive audit programs for effective evaluation of internal control systems.
To maintain complete working papers and other audit documentation.
To identify internal control deficiencies and provide recommendations on corrective actions.
To ensure timely completion of audit activities and contribute towards timely completion of audit engagements.
To participate in projects on business process improvement.

Job Success Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Business / Finance / Management, or its equivalent.
Preferably 2 years of demonstrable internal audit and business process improvement experience from a similar role, ideally in manufacturing environments.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of SAP-ERP will be an advantage.
Strong analytical skills.
Effective communication skills; able to communicate with all levels of employees.
Good presentation and report writing skills.
Able to write and converse in mandarin will be an added advantage.
Candidates with Big 4 experience are encouraged to apply.
