Work Timings - Rotational Shifts 24/7
Required -
- Degree OR Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service
- Can work on a 24/7 rotational shift
- Able to read traditional Mandarin words
- Able to mainly handle live chat & email and outbound calls.
- 5 days working
