Corporate Social Responsibility Lead
Learning to work alongside our CSR Head, and Business Units across the group, the successful applicant will play a vital role in the delivery and measurement of our CSR and sustainability-drive priorities across ASEAN countries. You'll work collaboratively with our Global CSR team to drive community-driven and social priorities, raise awareness of social-value themes through communications and internal events, and support our volunteers’ networks across ASEAN.
As you grow into the role, you will start to build relationships in the outreach community sectors to enable us to deliver TCS social value commitments and learn how to represent the business at external events. You will be an advocate for our approach to Social Value across our Business Units, demonstrating and delivering measurable benefits to our customers.
This will include:
•Recording CSR related activities and ensuring evidence of activity is logged for audit purposes
•Provide research and guidance on social and outreach initiatives aligned to our strategic aims.
•Support the Business through education and monitoring of social value measurement, manage support enquiries to our social value measurement partner.
•Understand and highlight and changes to Social Value legislation or external trends.
•Support with the identification of partner organizations e.g. NGOs, charities, academies, training providers, etc. to support TCS's social value initiatives across ASEAN countries.
•Support the set-up of CSR social value initiatives committed to within bids to clients and record and report on outcomes to clients and CSR Head.
•In conjunction with the CSR Head and communicate on an ongoing basis TCS's community outreach activities, successes and outcomes of collaborative effort to partners, client and staff.
Requirements:
We are looking to speak with individuals who are passionate about Corporate Responsibility and Environmental Sustainability, gained either from a qualification in Sustainability, or Environmental Studies, or a related field such as geography, sociology or business studies.
•High school diploma or GED.
•Relevant Research & presentation skills. Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
•Strength in written communication skills and a confident public speaker.
•Positive and professional, with the ability to thrive in fast paced situations and environment.
•Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
•Experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
