  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

This internship offers hands-on experience in marketing, allowing you to develop key skills while supporting ZOALA’s digital and offline marketing initiatives. You will play an essential role in expanding our brand presence, engaging with our community, and supporting our marketing campaigns.

Your Daily ZOALA Experience

  • Manage and moderate customer reviews on ZOALA platforms, ensuring authenticity, brand alignment, and credibility.
  • Engage with customers by responding to inquiries, reviews, and comments across various platforms to build positive relationships and enhance brand trust.
  • Assist in planning, creating, and sharing engaging content (e.g., text, photos, videos, and news) for various marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor positioning, and pricing strategies.
  • Contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Assist in the execution of integrated marketing communication (IMC) activities.
  • Support partnership marketing by researching potential partners and understanding key collaboration drivers.
  • Assist in setting up and promoting ZOALA booths and products at events and activations to enhance brand visibility.

The Career Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools & platforms; digitally savvy and resourceful.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a creative mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
