Job Responsibilities

  • Responds to inquiries received via Facebook, assesses customer needs, and converts inquiries into confirmed appointments.
  • Coordinates with relevant departments to schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
  • Answers telephone inquiries from patients and others; screens calls to determine the nature and urgency of the inquiry, refers calls as appropriate, and/or schedules appointments with doctors/consultants.
  • Executes remarketing efforts via EDM (electronic direct mail) and/or WhatsApp broadcasts to re-engage past customers, promote services, and drive appointment bookings.
  • Supports marketing initiatives and outreach efforts to enhance brand awareness and business growth.
  • Assists in tracking the effectiveness of remarketing campaigns and provides insights to optimize engagement strategies.
  • Follows up with potential clients after events or inquiries to ensure positive outcomes and close deals.

Job Requirement

  • At least Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in business, customer service management or related
  • Minimum 1 years working experiences, but Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills
  • Problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Effective with verbal and written communications
  • Understanding of practices in handling customer inquiries and appointment scheduling
  • Basic reporting skills to support business development activities
