Student Recruitment Specialist
Job Responsibilities
1)To communicate comfortably with students and parents in a courteous and professional manner.
2) To reach prospective students via cold calling, text messaging, emails, and online chat.
3) To provide career advice, programs information. E.g., entry requirements, school fees and related information to prospective students on programs offered by the university.
4) To liaise with the admission department to provide enrolment guidance E.g., form filling, portfolio preparation, qualification check and related services to prospective students when they decided to enroll into programs offered by City University Malaysia.
5) Attending to customer feedback, inquiries and complaints in an appropriate and prompt manner and adhering to service standards.
6) Participate in product training.
7) KPI: Recruit student numbers of minimally 5 active students per month.
8) Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Head of Department.
Requirements
1) Educated to a degree / diploma level.
2) At least 2 years of working experience in Sales/Marketing (preferably in Higher Education Sector), fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3) Interest in, and knowledge of current issues in the higher education sector.
4) Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal
5) Agile, proactive, and able to work independently.
