JOB TITLE: PROJECT COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
- Conduct preliminary site protection work.
- Coordinate with contractors and maintenance teams to address defects and maintenance issues promptly.
- Collaborate with designers to resolve technical challenges and optimize project outcomes.
- Participate in joint inspections with clients and designers during project handover ceremonies.
- Communicate project updates and progress with sales designers and report to the management.
- Compile and analyze project data to prepare comprehensive reports for management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Strong sense of responsibilities, highly energized, independent, pleasant personality and a good attitude.
- At least 2 Year(s) of relevant working experience in the design and renovation industry.
- Basic tools & equipment knowledge for installation work.
- Willing to learn and improve time to time.
- Possess own transport.
