1. CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK
Working Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Bandar Sultan Suleiman, Klang
Duties & Responsibilities
- Handling of customer booking/shipment/enquiry.
- Provide booking confirmation to shipper/cnee.
- Arranging and monitoring container movement.
- Preparing SI and confirming BL.
- Update port system and plan haulier before closing.
- Sending pre-alert/email to shipper/customer and to follow up with destination agent.
- Submit job file for billing to Account Dept.
- Close job file after job complete and filling the job file.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the superior.
Requirement
- Possess at least a SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, mature, dedicated, and responsible.
- Must be able to meet deadline and willing to work under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

* Working Hours : Mon - Fri ( 0830 - 1700 ), Sat ( 0830 - 1230 )
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pelabuhan Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Import/Export: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
