- Responsible for all secretarial duties and administrative tasks all correspondences and other documents as assigned by Managing Director
- Business travel arrangements – booking flight, hotels, car hire, valet parking etc
- Organising visa
- Maintaining MD’s travel log
- Maintaining MD’s planner
- Reconciling monthly expenses claims
- Carrying out research for projects
- Organizing MD’s personal/family car, insurance, servicing ect.
- Co-ordinate company events
- Assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Establish & maintain professional relationship within and outside the company
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Avail and contactable as and when is required and request by MD
- Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance
- Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation
- Reviewing resumes and applications
- Managing workplace safety issues
- Renewal of company licenses
- Training new or existing employees
- Responsible for overall quality system in HR department
- Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments
- Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement
- Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates
- Planning of company events or activities on occasions by management’s approval
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
