  • Assist in providing all supporting documents, information and other reports as assigned by Managing Director
  • Responsible for all secretarial duties and administrative tasks all correspondences and other documents as assigned by Managing Director
  • Business travel arrangements – booking flight, hotels, car hire, valet parking etc
  • Organising visa
  • Maintaining MD’s travel log
  • Maintaining MD’s planner
  • Reconciling monthly expenses claims
  • Carrying out research for projects
  • Organizing MD’s personal/family car, insurance, servicing ect.
  • Co-ordinate company events
  • Assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Establish & maintain professional relationship within and outside the company
  • Make travel arrangements for executives
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Avail and contactable as and when is required and request by MD
  • Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance
  • Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation
  • Reviewing resumes and applications
  • Managing workplace safety issues
  • Renewal of company licenses
  • Training new or existing employees
  • Responsible for overall quality system in HR department
  • Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments
  • Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement
  • Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates
  • Planning of company events or activities on occasions by management’s approval

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
