  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project coordination, technical management, and delivery processes, particularly in the Malaysian construction and regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Familiarize and ensure compliance with Malaysia's various admission processes, regulations, and standards.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication regarding business, technical, and construction aspects.
  • Internal Team Management:
  • Work closely with internal business, technical, and construction personnel to achieve timely and quality project delivery.
  • Project Oversight:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the project to ensure objectives are met within the stipulated timeline and budget.
  • Comprehensive Project Management:
  • Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle, including risk management, resource allocation, and progress reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in managing projects in the construction or related industries.
  • Skills:
  • Strong coordination and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Language:
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English for effective communication.
