Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project coordination, technical management, and delivery processes, particularly in the Malaysian construction and regulatory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Familiarize and ensure compliance with Malaysia's various admission processes, regulations, and standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication regarding business, technical, and construction aspects.
- Internal Team Management:
- Work closely with internal business, technical, and construction personnel to achieve timely and quality project delivery.
- Project Oversight:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the project to ensure objectives are met within the stipulated timeline and budget.
- Comprehensive Project Management:
- Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle, including risk management, resource allocation, and progress reporting.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Proven experience in managing projects in the construction or related industries.
- Skills:
- Strong coordination and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Language:
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English for effective communication.
