Objective / Purpose of the Job
The Human Resource Assistant is responsible to assist HRBP in handle everything that from payroll administration, non executive's recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee retention in eFMX.
Key Activities / Accountabilities:
- Manage the recruitment function which includes attracting, searching, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates in non executive level to join the Company.
- Arrange interview appointment and involve in the selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Assist with the onboarding of new hires to ensure they are properly inducted and trained on the job.
- Assist with HR administration work including data entry and filing.
- Provide employee services and manage grievance handling procedure.
- Any HR adhoc related initiatives as delegated.
Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or any fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with lots of tasks.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
Technical skills and Competencies:
- Familiar Microsoft Excel
- Working supportively as a team member and effectively as an individual
- Communicating effectively across functions and levels
- Result oriented
