  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervising store front and e-commerce operations.
  • Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
  • Tracking and coordinating the receive, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Monitor inventory level of all products.
  • Manage fulfilment of e-commerce orders. Monitor orders packing, schedule pickup, drop off and delivery of orders.
  • Ensuring orders are delivered to customers accurately to reduce fulfilment error.
  • Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
  • Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/ STPM/ Diploma or any higher qualifications.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in retail or e-commerce store.
  • Experience in a fast-paced e-commerce or retail environment is preferred.
  • Friendly and engaging personality, with the ability to create a welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of people.
  • The capacity to handle pressure and solve problems in a calm and efficient manner, demonstrating patience in challenging situations.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures, with the ability to quickly understand and apply new information and skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating a cooperative attitude and promoting a harmonious work environment.
  • Candidate that has Class D driving license has an added advantage.
