  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Seeking a Skilled Maintenance Technician!

Are you a handy problem-solver with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Do you have experience in air conditioning, plumbing, or electrical work? Ben K Dental Lab is looking for a versatile maintenance technician to join our team

Job Tasks:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to any machines or tools
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and prevent potential problems
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory
  • Support dental technicians when needed and be open to learning new skills related to the dental lab environment

Qualification:

  • Fluency in Mandarin
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role
  • Strong skills in at least one of the following areas: air conditioning, plumbing, or electrical work, etc.
  • Ability to use various hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various positions
  • Willingness to learn and assist in dental technician tasks when needed

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
