Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Maintaining the director's detailed schedule, scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing conflicts.
- Communication Management: Screening phone calls, emails, and managing correspondence, forwarding relevant information, and taking detailed messages.
- Travel Arrangements:Planning and booking business travel including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and necessary visas.
- Document Preparation: Drafting letters, emails, presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Meeting Coordination: Arranging meeting logistics, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Research and Analysis: Gathering information and conducting research on various topics as requested by the director.
- Expense Management: Tracking and reconciling the director's expenses.
- Event Planning: Assisting in organizing company events, conferences, and meetings.
- Communicating with clients, partners, and other departments on behalf of the director.
Required Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication to effectively interact with diverse individuals. Prefer candidates who can speak, read and write in Mandarin as the Director is from China.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Expertise in applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Maintaining sensitive information with utmost privacy.
- Effectively managing schedules and anticipating potential issues.
- Ensuring accuracy in all tasks and deliverables.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
