Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Maintaining the director's detailed schedule, scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing conflicts.
  • Communication Management: Screening phone calls, emails, and managing correspondence, forwarding relevant information, and taking detailed messages.
  • Travel Arrangements:Planning and booking business travel including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and necessary visas.
  • Document Preparation: Drafting letters, emails, presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arranging meeting logistics, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Research and Analysis: Gathering information and conducting research on various topics as requested by the director.
  • Expense Management: Tracking and reconciling the director's expenses.
  • Event Planning: Assisting in organizing company events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Communicating with clients, partners, and other departments on behalf of the director.

Required Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication to effectively interact with diverse individuals. Prefer candidates who can speak, read and write in Mandarin as the Director is from China.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Expertise in applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Maintaining sensitive information with utmost privacy.
  • Effectively managing schedules and anticipating potential issues.
  • Ensuring accuracy in all tasks and deliverables.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
