Sales & Events Coordinator
Responsibilities:
1. Assisting sales team in all aspects of sales processes, documentations, administrative supports and sales-related equipment or material delivery arrangements.
2. Act as the point of reference for sales team and customer alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation
3. Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff members.
4. Able to work with all departments to develop effective and smooth event flow.
5. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
6. Coordination with client on event requirement and to always ensure that top quality customer service standards and all communications are done in a professional manner.
Requirements and skills:
1. 1-2 years of experience in a sales coordinator or administrative role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
3. Proficiency in English and strong verbal and written communicator.
4. A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
5. Excellent customer service skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
