Job Description
- Reporting to the Manager of Quality Assurance (QA) on matters related to quality systems and controls.
- Acting Manager of QA if the positions are vacant.
- Responsible for determining the status of the production of finished products to ensure product quality.
- Ensure that all facilities and equipment are in an order according to which the system has been provided.
- Apply systems manufacturing activity, quality control, storage and distribution activities following an orderly documentation system and compliance to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) has been prepared.
- Be responsible to coordinate the training process (In-house training) and ensure training is performed according to Training Plan such as understanding in their responsibility to maintaining cleanliness and understanding Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while in the GMP areas. Any changes to the Training Plan shall be updated.
- Carry out the Quality Assurance properly and fully in accordance with the procedures.
- Responsible for monitoring the cleanliness of all areas of production equipment and processing machines.
- Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of an area and equipment before the production activities carried out (clearance area).
- The QA Executive is responsible for monitoring the activities of equipment calibration is done according to a fixed schedule.
- QA Executive is responsible for checking the work of reconciliation starting material to finished product.
- Make check records every activity on quality control forms have been prepared in accordance with the standards of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
- QA Executive is responsible for inspecting the damaged materials and report to the Manager of Quality Assurance (QA).
- Responsible for controlling and monitoring the activities of product complaints and product recall arrangements.
- Carry out internal audit activities planned by the Manager of Quality Assurance (QA).
- Any other work as directed by the Manager of Quality Assurance (QA).
Requirements:
- Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/ Master Degree in Science or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good time management and planning skills.
