JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying and scanning documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters and phone calls.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and office documentation..
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties as required.
- Adhere to company policies and confidentiality requirements.
- Follow up on customer order delivery dates with suppliers by phone or email.
