Key Responsibilities :

1. Marketplace Management

  • Assist in setting up and optimising product listings, pricing, and promotions on Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok Shop.
  • Ensure product descriptions, images, and attributes comply with platform guidelines.
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with internal teams to prevent out-of-stock situations.

2. Campaign & Promotion Execution

  • Support the planning and execution of platform-wide sales campaigns (e.g., 3.3, 6.6, 11.11).
  • Coordinate with designers to create promotional banners and content.

3. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor daily sales, traffic, and conversion rates, providing key insights.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand trends and pricing strategies.
  • Generate reports on campaign performance and marketplace growth.

4. Customer Engagement & Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries and reviews to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Assist in managing chat responses and handling order-related concerns.
  • Identify common customer issues and propose solutions to improve satisfaction.

5. Plaftorm Growth & Optimisation

  • Research best practices for improving product visibility and ranking.
  • Assist in running paid ads within Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc., to drive conversions.

6. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist in executing live selling or promotional activities when needed.

Qualifications :

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, International Business, E-Commerce, or any related field.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have a basic understanding of SEO practices and tools like Ahref, Keyword Planner, WordPress, and basic HTML.
