DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Administrative Support: Provide top-notch administrative support to the team, executives, and departments.
2. Document Management: Efficiently organize and manage documents, files, and records, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
3. Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data in our systems and databases.
4. Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the organization, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
5. Financial Management: Process invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring accurate financial records.
6. Filing System: Innovatively establish and maintain an organized filing system for easy reference.
7. Utilities Management: Ensure timely payment of company utility bills, managing contracts, and optimizing cost-efficiency.
8. Event Coordination: Skillfully manage bookings for meeting rooms, conference facilities, and auditoriums.
9. License and Insurance Renewal: Renew building licenses and insurance policies in a timely and efficient manner.
10. Vendor Relations: Negotiate and manage agreements with building and vendor partners to meet our organization's needs.
11. Hostel Management: To monitor students rental collection.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Experience:
- Hostel Management: 1 year (Required)
