  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Position: Accounts Executive
Location: Garden Shoppe, One City (Current) / Taman Perindustrian Axis (Upcoming)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL functions.
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and reconciliation statements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external auditors, tax agents, and banks.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficient in accounting software.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (preferred).

Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM4k - RM6k
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Working 5 days)
Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
