Sales Representatives (Dental/Medical/Healthcare)
Job Summary
Our client is a leading provider of innovative dental products and solutions, looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to join their dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the dental industry, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a sales-driven environment. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our dental products to clinics, dentists, and dental labs while learning from senior sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
1.Sales & Business Development
Identify and engage potential customers, covering dentists in private segment, government segment, government hospital and dental universities.
Present and promote dental products portfolio.
Assist in lead generation, cold calling, and scheduling product demos.
2.Customer Relationship Management
Build strong, long-term relationships with dental professionals.
Provide product information, training, and support to clients.
Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on orders, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
3.Product Knowledge & Training
Learn about dental products, technologies, and treatment procedures.
Attend training sessions, trade shows, and industry events to stay updated.
Work closely with senior sales representatives and technical experts to enhance product knowledge.
4.Sales Administration & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order processing.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare sales reports and participate in team meetings & strategy discussions.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Dental/Medical background is a plus).
2. 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in dental, medical, or healthcare-related industries.
3. Passion for the dental industry and willingness to learn.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
7. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
8. Be able to work over the weekend on travelling or exhibition or workshops events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
