  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Description / Responsibilities

· Prepare progress claims, payment certificates, variation orders, and final accounts.

· Familiar and well known in pre contract stage work

· Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors on contract matters, ensuring smooth project execution.

· Prepare tendering documents, measurements, and bills of quantities.

· Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Qualifications:-

1. Posses at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying

2. Must have good measurement, pricing and negotiation skills and Microsoft Office

3. Minimum 2 years of working experience

4. Willing to travel & communicate effectively with project team

5. Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia

6. Familiar with JKR documentation & presentation added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
