Accounts Executive
1. Manage portfolio of clients’ obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors.
2. Coordinate with the team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
3. Monitor all financial transactions and prepare accurate monthly financial statements.
4. Prepare Cash flow projections & payment through Internet banking.
5. Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payment of expenses and invoices.
6. Ensure timely payment Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
7. Identify discrepancies in financial documents and reports.
8. Comply with all financial regulations and standards.
9. Prepare and maintain important financial reports for audit & tax purpose.
10.Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
