[A] Shipping Task:
(1) Inbound
- Perform material receiving, check material and spare parts receiving in good condition.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, to organize inbound & outbound shipment operation.
- Check correctness of import declaration form, K1 form, etc
- Communicate with internal stakeholder for incoming material shipment arrangement.
- Application & submission to Custom on import & export tax exemption require documents.
- Apply material purchase HS code for all import material, submit to Custom to confirmed material HS code.
(2) Outbound
- Prepare shipping documents for customers.
- Checking correctness of bill of lading.
- Check correctness of export declaration form, K2 form, etc.
- Timely Apply Certificate of Origin for customer shipments.
- Update the Customer Order Tracking Monitoring Log.
- Record, update external party monthly billing into Budget file on timely manner.
[B] Purchasing Task :
- Perform Goods received in SAP when require upon material receive as per Delivery order.
- Collate, check inbound & outbound shipments billing documents and submission to Finance for payment processing on timely manner.
- Follow up with vendor for timely delivery and co-ordinate delivery schedule with internal stake holder.
- Continuously strive improvement in purchasing process to enhance the work efficiency.
[C] Warehouse Task:
Finished Good & Spare parts
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate receiving & outgoing.
- Coordinate with store to check stock levels to ensure physical quantity is tally with SAP.
- Perform the receipt, storage, and distribution transaction for internal spare part consumption & finish goods export.
- Prepare monthly Inventory report for physical inventory check at external & internal warehouse.
- Inventory stock check for spare part every month ,update into system (CMMS and SAP)
- Maintain records and documentations concerning inventory, orders, transfers and shipments.
- Co-ordinate with 3rd party contractor to arrange for material transfer to external warehouse.
- Support investigation on discrepancies in shipments, inventory, and other warehouse-related issues.
- Compile, monitor the services provider support service quality for improvement.
- To ensure warehouse storage, transportation, customs, inspection, in plant contractor, inventory management are in proper order to support the daily smooth running operation.
[D] Others
- Perform all ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors whenever necessary from time to time.
- Report any abnormality to superior timely.
- Monthly reporting and update status for job responsibility as required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,676.13 per month
