  • Proficient and have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

  • Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries

  • Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct

  • Invoice processing and filing.
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
  • Key in data in excel word & system
  • Knowledgeable in SQL accounting
  • Communicate with another branch
  • Basic account experience
