Job description
The Engineering Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging and challenging engineering curriculum that fosters critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity. This includes designing and implementing hands-on projects, utilizing relevant technologies, and assessing student progress. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering concepts, a passion for education, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development & Delivery:

- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and development.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress.
- Classroom Management:
- Maintain a well-organized and safe learning environment.
- Manage student behavior effectively, promoting respect and responsibility.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and integrated learning experience for students.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Participate in school events and activities.
- Professional Development:
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and developments in engineering and education.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.) or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience teaching engineering or a related subject, preferably in an international school setting.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and concepts.
- Experience with relevant technologies and software (e.g., CAD software, 3D printing, robotics).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
