Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels.
  • Regularly check and count stock to ensure inventory is updated and correct.
  • Report discrepancies, shortages, or damage of goods.
  • Ensure stock is properly organized and stored in a safe, accessible manner.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed, following company procedures.
  • Stock Movement:
  • Receive incoming stock deliveries and ensure all items are accounted for.
  • Label and shelve items according to company standards.
  • Prepare orders for delivery or collection, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
  • Documentation:
  • Complete inventory logs, delivery receipts, and stock transfer forms.
  • Keep accurate records of goods received and issued.
  • Maintain a record of stock returns or damaged goods and follow procedures for processing them.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Ensure that all goods are stored following safety and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment within the storage area.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations in handling materials and machinery.

General Worker Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with Daily Operations:
  • Perform various physical tasks, such as loading/unloading deliveries, moving goods around the store, and organizing shelves.
  • Assist with general maintenance of the store, including cleaning, basic repairs, and organizing.
  • Help set up displays and arrange merchandise for customer view.
  • Support to Other Departments:
  • Provide assistance to other departments as required.
  • Help with the preparation of materials and stock for promotions, events, or sales.
  • Assist in preparing and packaging orders for customers or internal needs.
  • Manual Labor and Equipment Handling:
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or other machinery (if applicable).
  • Perform lifting, carrying, and loading tasks in compliance with safety protocols.
  • Ensure that equipment and tools are maintained and stored properly.
  • Customer Service (if applicable):
  • Assist customers with their inquiries or requests regarding stock, deliveries, or other general store matters.
  • Direct customers to relevant departments or staff as needed.
  • Other Duties:
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Head of PPSC.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
