Trainer
Purpose of the role:
This job requires a person to plan, convene, and deliver CPC technical training programs and workshops to field Operations and back-room Operations staffs to improve personal competence and skills acquired to support the organizational needs. Perform a variety of services to meet the staff development, professional training and providing the best learning and development solutions and programs customized to each of the business units need.
Working Relationships:
Internal: All Departments & Branches
External: Bank/Vendors/Training Provider
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for planning and organizing learning and managing programs within their area of expertise (ATM, C360, CPC Operations, Ink Stain Cassettes to support the organization’s plan).
- Support and organize all technical training programs Nationwide related to SST, C360 & backroom Operations.
- Development of training courses and specific workshop modules of the training.
- Design and implement assessment programs to identify potential and training needs. (assessments/ pre test & post test).
- Responsible for conducting the training; local training courses in-house, at branches, and online. Coordinates training arrangements for external courses with SST Vendors.
- Prepare a training report after the completion of training programs.
- Supervises the maintenance of accurate training records.
- Work closely with the Training administrator to invite participants to attend training programs.
- Keep training modules in pace with the latest SOP.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Formal Education:
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, in any related field.
Experience:
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Relevant experience in SST/CPC Industry for at least 2 years.
Personal Qualities:
- Able to adapt and work in a team environment.
- Ability to collaborate with teams/activities to document processes in a clear and concise manner.
- Able to present solutions in written and oral reports.
- Able to conduct training at Safeguards branches.
- Possess excellent spoken and written English with high initiative and a positive attitude.
- Pleasant attitude and personality and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good health and has no physical disability that can hinder proper duties.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent knowledge in NCR, Diebold Nixdorf, Opensys, SB, Deposita, Kiosk Media cassettes technical is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge in C360, BRINKS HS (Docking station, all type canisters and others)
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
