The Personal Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, communication, and operational tasks. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
  • Coordinate and oversee office administration and operational support.
  • Assist in organizing events, conferences, and business functions.
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with the CEO’s directives.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the CEO’s efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Prior experience in the dental/healthcare industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential matters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
