The Personal Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, communication, and operational tasks. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
- Coordinate and oversee office administration and operational support.
- Assist in organizing events, conferences, and business functions.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.
- Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with the CEO’s directives.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the CEO’s efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Prior experience in the dental/healthcare industry is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
