  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Store & Technical Assistant
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, conducting stock checks, and ensuring products are well-presented and organized within the showroom.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to achieve positive outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Store Operations: Contribute to the smooth operation of the store by performing tasks such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Technical Support: Utilize your technical expertise to provide guidance on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of sanitary ware products, including faucets, showers, toilets, and related accessories.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and innovations in the sanitary ware industry to effectively educate customers and promote our products.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a courteous and knowledgeable manner, offering expert advice and assistance in selecting sanitary wares that meet their needs and preferences.
