  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB SUMMARY

  • Carry out building maintenance and operation according to ISO standards procedures and authority requirements.
  • To ensure that all building equipment and systems are functioning in good condition and properly maintained.

Job Description

  • Register as an electrical competent person to the building with Suruhanjaya Tenaga
  • Carry out regular operation and maintenance for mechanical and electrical works including generator set, fire fighting system, air condition system, and others related in the building and perform frequent inspection to ensure building system working in good condition.
  • To supervise all the service providers for the building including cleaning, pest control, and others related carried out accordingly.
  • Responsible to carry out preventive maintenance, checklist and report and ensure comply to ISO.

Ideal Applicant

  • A4 Certification
  • Good in communication skills – verbal and written must be clear, professional and empathetic.
  • Good in listening – Ability to listen and follow instruction.
  • Good in conflict resolution – Proficient in managing breakdowns and restoring equipment to normal condition and functioning
  • Good in time management – Ability to handle multiple cases and prioritize task effectively.
  • Able to work on extra hours including weekends or public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
