Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor and manage the purchase of necessary products to maintain a smooth supply chain operation.
- Source, negotiate, and analyze vendors on pricing, specifications, and terms to guarantee the organization gets the best value.
- Process purchase orders swiftly and accurately in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Match invoices to purchase orders and other associated documentation, and then work with the finance department to guarantee prompt payment processing.
- To complete ad hoc tasks as directed by management from time to time.
What We’re Looking For:
- Candidate holds at least an SPM/Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of two (2) years of expertise in supply chain management, with a track record of success.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to operate efficiently under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
- A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity individual, with the capacity to work independently and contribute to the company's success.
