- Assist the Managing Director in the undertaking business and operation interest
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
- Assist development online business development
- Assist the establishment of FIND design association and Hub
- Assist the establishment of Ed Mun Academy admin works
- Assist Managing Director on operating Ed Mun Academy.
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring key projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- To follow up on Wed inquiries, pre-qualify lead & develop to the point of hand off for sales
- To follow up with prospects who have responded to our marketing activities (events, Webcasts, Ads, collateral on our website)
- Responsible to identifying, research & develop future business development opportunities
- Responsible in handling customer request
- Arranging complex travel (including fight boking, hotel accommodation and tour)
- Assist the Managing Director in the undertaking business and operation interest
- Responsible to do preparing project site meeting
- Assist Managing Director coordinate with another department, client, any enquiry to ensure smooth running daily operations.
- Assist in the preparation and review of legal documentation including contracts or agreements
- Undertake other special assignment, ad hoc functions and related duties specified by department
- Positive working attitude and prepare to work overtime to ensure work task to be completed on time
- To assists in Charity Body works.e.g NOBC (nor Thinking our beloved community)
- Managing communications, organize schedules and appointment, answering & taking message.
- Dealing with correspondence, writing letters, daily incoming e-mail, call, and posting of outgoing email.
- All your works are compulsory save in company’s server and follow SUA ISO procedure
- Consistently ready to undertake special assignments, ad-hoc function or duties and related duties assigned by Managing Director.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administrative or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' working experience prefer in interior designer business industry
- Strong interpersonal and Written Communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to withstand pressure and work independently
- Strong Team Player with a history of working across organisation
- Photo and Video Recording
- Pleasant personality with good integrity and strong sense of responsibilities
- Strong in communication and relationship-management skills
- Malaysian citizens preferred.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
