Sales Executive

  • To manage and grow existing customers’ portfolio.
  • To develop new customer account and generate new sales leads.
  • Maintain proper records of sales calls, sales progress with customers, and report progress to Sales Director.
  • Identify the most efficient manner to close each sale opportunity.
  • Build rapport, establish long term and value-based relationships with customers.
  • Provide feedback on latest market information such as product acceptance, price, trends, competitors and threat to the Company.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly and annual sales target by actively engaging customers on the products assigned.
  • Always keep an up-to-date status on sales funnel and opportunities, and provide weekly reports to Sales Director.
  • Respond promptly to all new leads enquires, whether from online, existing or new customers.
  • Arrange appointments promptly to assess sales opportunities, make sales realization in the shortest time possible.
  • Prepare and conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals to obtain customer purchases.
  • Follow-up consistently with existing customer, ensuring regular face-to-face time with customers to review progress, post-sales support, and customer satisfaction.
  • To perform other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities that may be needed or assigned by management as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced or Bachelor Degree in any field.
  • Required Skill(s): sales and closing skills, Independence of sales planning, presentation skills, report writing, cold-calling, able to follow up sales.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in semiconductor industry or related field is required for this position.
  • Have a high degree of self-motivation and ambition for a sales career.
  • Be able to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
  • Be able to flourish in a competitive environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
