  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Ensure a good fit for the customer and the product.
  • Inform customers about special promotions and deals to encourage them to purchase our products and/or services.
  • Ensure customers are well-informed on any current sales, rewards programs, and store return policy.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns calmly; find a reasonable solution (calling on a supervisor only when necessary).
  • Handle customer complaints, product returns, and any other in-store issues that may arise in a professional manner and build relationships with customers.
  • Assist with inventory counts and placement of new products, including new in-store or window displays.
  • Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and set up displays.
  • Restock items that are running low and maintain proper display appearances.
  • Assist the shop manager with miscellaneous duties.
  • Receive and process shipments, audit inventory prices, and order stock.
  • Keep the store clean and tidy, and ensure everything is in order.
  • Assist shoppers with merchandise (proper sizing, color choices, collecting items from back inventory if needed, etc.)
  • Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Assist with the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store.
