FOODIE, GRAPHIC & VIDEO DESIGNER
Foodie, Designer, Videographer. We are looking for it all: a big-time ‘foodie’, who is a dynamic new-age graphic designer and also able to produce breath-taking short-form videos.
This role goes beyond design—we need a ‘foodie’ who can not only create striking visual assets for our new food products and shopper marketing; but also conceptualise, film, and edit engaging social media video content. You will be working closely with other ‘foodie’ team mates to develop concepts and key assets for innovative food product packaging, campaigns, events, and brand storytelling across multiple platforms.
Your passion for food, video and graphics is a critical piece in developing a new innovative agri-food brand together, as part of a company that supports local agriculture and delivers exceptional culinary experiences.

Good Beans & Cow (GB&C), a subsidiary of Fefifo, is redefining the agri-food narrative by focusing on quality, sustainability, and consumer delight. Specialising in flavour enhancers, beverages, desserts, and spices that reflect Malaysian tastes, we work closely with local farmers to ensure high-quality ingredients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Visual Solutions
Food Packaging Concepts & Prototyping
- Create eye-catching, fresh and functional food packaging solutions based on product requirements, brand identity and consumer trends
- Strong understanding of printing processes, materials and production methods cost implication
- Good grasp on food marketing, branding and environmental sustainability trends
Retail & Shopper Marketing Assets
- Create impactful in-store designs that drive shopper engagement and sales.
- Conceptualise and execute innovative retail displays and shopper marketing assets.
- Aligned to shopper marketing principles, including point-of-sale strategies, visual merchandising, and customer journey mapping
Brand Development & Custodianship
- Create design language, visual identity assets, brand materials and templates to develop the brand identity and guides to ensure the brand experience is seamless across all touchpoints including food packaging, digital and in-store ads, social media channels and trade events.
- Develop and maintain the company corporate identity, assets and product brand guidelines through design logos, colour palettes, typography, photography, video and social media templates and other visual elements application to ensure consistency in the brand applications, positioning, personality and values.
2. Video Content Production
- Conceptualise, shoot, and edit video content optimised for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
- Develop motion graphics and animations to enhance social media and marketing content.
- Stay ahead of trends and incorporate fresh ideas into content to maintain high engagement and visibility.
3. Other Responsibilities
- Work independently and collaboratively to ideate, refine, and execute creative briefs.
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to align with broader business goals.
- Adapt to fast-paced timelines and evolving creative requirements.
- Communicate ideas and creative processes effectively to stakeholders, team members, partners, suppliers, etc.
- Performing any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in visual communications field, experience with food products or minimum Diploma in design related courses.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong skills in graphic design, typography, and motion graphics.
- Solid understanding of video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Bonus skills: photography, illustration is a plus.
Additional Information:
- Appointment may vary and remuneration will commensurate with candidate’s years of relevant working experience and track record.
- Flexible schedule required between travels on the road and requirement to attend weekly team meetings and participate daily operational activities.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel within Malaysia (transport allowance/claims provided).
- Able to start immediately (preferred) or within short notice.
