  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a Project Manager with a creative background to oversee and manage ongoing projects in branding, marketing, and multimedia production. This role requires strong project management skills to ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams, outsourced vendors, and clients while maintaining high-quality deliverables within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee multiple creative and marketing projects from start to finish.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company, clients, and outsourced teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Work closely with designers, content creators, marketers, and developers to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Conduct quality control (QC) checks on project deliverables before passing them to the next level or final approval.
  • Ensure all outputs meet brand guidelines, client expectations, and industry standards.
  • Attend client meetings, provide project updates, and address feedback efficiently.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement proactive solutions.
  • Maintain and update project management tools and documentation for smooth tracking and reporting.
  • Support business development by assisting in pitching ideas and presenting project strategies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Creative Design, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in project management, preferably within the creative, marketing, or media industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and multimedia production is an added advantage.
