  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a highly qualified Project Manager to lead key projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget, and within scope. They will oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of the project. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget;
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring feasibility;
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation;
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs;
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques;
  • Report and escalate to management as needed;
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
  • Research best practices and analyze business models to assist senior management in developing programs and improving systems for business change;
  • Evaluate customers' unique project needs and recommend solutions using business change techniques.
  • Drive project management culture across the organisation and create / maintain a local project management framework.

Mandatory Skill-set

  • Bachelor degree required, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems;
  • At least 8 years of work experience, including a minimum of 3 years in proven project management including implementations in Agile environments in insurance industry;
  • Extensive project management skills in planning, budgeting, tracking, status reporting, stakeholder management, etc.;
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
  • Professional qualification in project management is required PMP, Prince2 , Agile SAFe and Scrum master/Kanban;
  • Experience in large-scale office intergration and relocation project;
  • Strong backgroud in Cloud Migration Projects.

Desired Skill-set

  • Banking/Insurance industry experience is preferred;
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset;
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment;
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities;
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, or change management proficiency.
