"Project Management
1. Managing the end-to-end project implementation including project planning, risk management,
quality control and implementation, collaboration and etc.
2. Assists in preparing progress reports to key stakeholders on overall project updates, mitigation
of risk / issue, timeline, problems encountered and proposed solution.
3. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project deliverables.
Budget & Expenses Management
1. Track and manage project budget and costs.
2. Ensure PRs are raised appropriately and payments are released on time
3. Ensure costs utilisation is within project budget
Resources & Vendor Management
1. Coordinates technical related acitivity, workshops within inter-departments and vendors.
2. Ensure vendor deliverables are on track and provided on time.
3. Ensure vendors are provided with the required resources (VDI, Laptops, etc)
Adhere to CIMB Governance:
1. Adhere to CIMB’s GPLC process and governance
2. Ensure related deliverables are reviewed and signed off following the GPLC process.
3. Adheres to all applicable procedures, company policies and any other quality or regulatory
requirements.
4. Ensure audit queries related to the project are answered within the proper timeframe."
"Technical/Functional skills
- Proven project domain competency; knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
- Have at least 4 years of Banking IT projects.
- Have completed 2 full terms of Test manager/lead role in IT projects.
- Able to work on concurrent projects activities.
- Able to handle and manage stakeholders in SIT/UAT test planning, test strategy development, Test case preparation, test resource planning, test execution progress tracking, defects management
- Prepare test dashboard report and lead defects review meeting with vendor, business and IT teams
- Able to work with vendor with off-site development team
- Monitor and track project delivery progress.
- Actively participate in issue management and resolve issues on time.
- Monitor and ensure project delivery timeline on track.
- Monitor and control Project Budget & expenses.
- Analyze and manage project risk.
- Ensure project adhere to GPLC governance and necessary documentation.

Requirements
- Degree/Diploma with Computer/IT related major
- Years of experience in project management minimum 5 to 7 years
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
