  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What you will do:

  • Assist with planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Create and distribute content on Social Media channels.
  • Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content.
  • Support marketing team at live and online events.
  • Handle Customer Service across various channels including Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, Instagram, Website.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives on those channels
  • Research - trends, competitors and new initiatives.

Customer Service:

  • Respond to inquiries on products and orders across e-commerce platforms.
  • Assist with B2B email queries and forms.
  • Engage with customers on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Update lead contact details daily.
  • Submit weekly reports on leads and sales performance.

E-Commerce Operations:

  • Analyze sales data to track trends and performance.
  • Help plan and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Research industry trends and competitors.
  • Manage content uploads on e-commerce platforms.
  • Assist with live e-commerce campaigns and sessions.
  • Prepare weekly reports on sales and promotions.

Events & On-Ground Activations:

  • Participate in company events and marketing activities.
  • Assist with event setup, execution, and teardown.
  • Support customers and promote the brand at events.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • Team player.
  • Creative individual but willing to explore data analysis.
  • Resourceful with good planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic and ambitious.
  • Able to work independently.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM600.00 per month
