  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Job description

  • Communicate directly with both clients and vendors.
  • Process invoices in compliance with established procedures and standards.
  • Ensure each shipment contributes maximally to the company by focusing on achieving the required service level at the lowest cost.
  • Keep and file all records in accordance with company procedures.
  • Regularly review working processes with vendors to ensure best practices are followed, and that fees align with competitors.
  • Support the sales team with quotations and knowledge of clients/products.
  • Prepare reports and statistics for meeting schedules and updates.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation, Maritime Studies or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • 1 year related experience in Logistics/Forwarding/Shipping Line is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Malaysia citizen.
