- Create and implement HR policies for foreign employees.
- Be a contact person for foreign workers, answering questions and guiding them on workplace policies.
- Work with management to build an inclusive work environment. - Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts fairly.
- Assist with performance management and professional development for foreign workers. - Keep accurate records related to foreign employees
. **Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s /Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience in HR, especially with foreign workers or international recruitment. - Knowledge of immigration laws related to employment.
- Strong communication and people skills.
