  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Summary:

Responsible for providing courteous and efficient service of Food & Beverage at the Lobby Lounge, Greets and receives guest coming in to the outlet, sits guest and create a friendly atmosphere for continue patronage.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the tidiness and cleanliness of the service area.

2. Serve beverage and knowledge of various cocktail and beverages is essential.

3. To check reservations for any special seat requirements.

4. Prepare necessary mise-en-place concerning the operations.

5. Ensure that all items sent to guests tallies with the Captain Order.

6. Checks that all orders are in proper and presentable manner.

7. Pay attention to guest needs such as changing dirty ashtray, ordering of second round drinks extra.

8. Prevent breakages of glassware by proper handling.

9. Attends monthly communication meeting set by the Outlet Manager

10. Attends pre-service briefing and any other training meeting as required by the Outlet Manager.

11. To fill in breakage report for utensils, crockery and miscellaneous for Chief Steward's records.

12. Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

13. Handle various froms of payment including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments, providing receipts and change when necessary.

14. Maintain accuracy in billing and ensure charges are correctly applied.
