About the Role

Mudah Healthtech is looking for a Technical Product Lead to develop and manage Mudah Healthtech's digital solutions including our website, web forms, and other digital solutions. This role will be instrumental in leading web development projects, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives to enhance the efficiency of healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Web & Portal Development

  • Design and manage client's web portal.
  • Oversee Mudah Healthtech's website, ensuring functionality, security, and updates.
  • Develop web forms, dashboards, and digital workflows.

2. Technical Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead the technical implementation of digital initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Work closely with vendors, developers, and stakeholders to manage timelines, deliverables, and integrations.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and security of web applications.
  • Implement best practices in software development, DevOps, and deployment strategies.

3. Project Management & Implementation

  • Plan and execute web-based projects, including third-party integrations (e.g., CMS, payment gateways, API connections).
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for platform-related issues.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption of digital solutions.

4. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Explore and implement new technologies to enhance the platform’s capabilities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, ensuring cutting-edge digital healthcare solutions.
  • Propose improvements for automation, AI integration, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Requirements

Project Management & Product Leadership:

  • Ability to lead technical projects and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to implementation.
  • Experience in healthtech or SaaS solutions is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Strong analytical mindset and decision-making abilities.
