BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES)
Job Description :
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in the facilities management sector and cross-selling our expanded range of services to our existing cleaning clients. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth by promoting our comprehensive facilities management solutions, including cleaning, maintenance, and other services, to both new prospects and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the facilities management sector.
- Cross-sell facilities management services to our existing cleaning services clients to expand our service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, increase market share, and enhance brand presence in the facilities management sector.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and proposals to promote our facilities management services.
- Negotiate and close sales to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market analysis, and performance updates.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the facilities management industry.
- Strong understanding of both cleaning and facilities management services.
- Proven ability to cross-sell and up-sell services to existing clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term client retention.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the Malaysian market and local business environment is a plus.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
