Job Description

We are looking for a Front Desk Administrator for our DJI Service Center, responsible for assisting customers with warranty claims and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate should be organized, customer-focused, and comfortable handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Assistance: Greet walk-in customers and provide information on DJI product warranties and repair services.
  • Warranty Claims Processing: Assist customers in submitting warranty claims, verifying required documents, and tracking claim progress.
  • Service Coordination: Liaise with technicians and the service team to ensure smooth processing of repairs and warranty claims.
  • Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer information, service requests, and warranty claims in the system.
  • Communication: Provide updates to customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp regarding their warranty claims and repairs.
  • Inventory Support: Assist in checking stock for replacement parts and tracking incoming and outgoing warranty items.
  • General Administration: Handle front desk duties, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing paperwork.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of DJI drones and products is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
