Job Description
We are looking for a Front Desk Administrator for our DJI Service Center, responsible for assisting customers with warranty claims and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate should be organized, customer-focused, and comfortable handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Greet walk-in customers and provide information on DJI product warranties and repair services.
- Warranty Claims Processing: Assist customers in submitting warranty claims, verifying required documents, and tracking claim progress.
- Service Coordination: Liaise with technicians and the service team to ensure smooth processing of repairs and warranty claims.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer information, service requests, and warranty claims in the system.
- Communication: Provide updates to customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp regarding their warranty claims and repairs.
- Inventory Support: Assist in checking stock for replacement parts and tracking incoming and outgoing warranty items.
- General Administration: Handle front desk duties, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing paperwork.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles preferred.
- Basic knowledge of DJI drones and products is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
